This language file is modified from zh-cn file which is contributed by xiaoxuanzi.
Based on Taiwan custom wording, we reviewed zh-cn file and do some changes.
Also, we crosschecked with original resources.txt, found out some terms in resources.txt are not included in resources.zh-cn.txt, we have already added in resources.zh-tw.txt.

mook 說:
"內容表格" should probably be "目錄"; add-step-1 translates better as "第一步". "custom" probably sounds better as "自訂" rather than "訂製".
