Image Gallery Upload through Control Panel

Use Case:

Currently when a user wants to use images in their skin they have 2 choices: attach the files to a MindTouch page and reference the attachment's urls or host them externally and reference them by their url.  While a user can upload files to the skins directory and reference them, this isn't the best solution for users that don't have knowledge of server management or don't have access to the server.  Also if their MindTouch site is private then it has to be hosted on a web server somewhere as opposed to on a MindTouch page.

Proposition:

I propose that we have a screen in the control panel that will provide a direct link to a directory in the skins directory that the user can upload to through a browser upload.  From there they can view the files they have uploaded and delete or add new ones.  These files will then be externally accessible so that they can be referenced in the skin.  This is also useful if they need to upload javascript files or other files that need to be referenced in the skin.  

Setup:

This can be a page under Customize that has an upload button like the logo upload and the list of attachments will be like the deleted files management.  And we can include next to the file a url that they can use to reference the file.
