Create a Poll on a wiki page?

Polls are useful tools for quickly gathering public information.  MindTouch does not have built-in functions for form creation, but it is still possible using external databases such as those provided by provided by ZOHO.  Below are the steps I followed to get a poll on my wiki.

 Steps To Get Polls

1. Create an account on http://polls.zoho.com
2. Click button.
3. Fill in desire opptions
4. Click on the link add to you blog/website and copy the text
   
5. Go you your MindTouch page and paste the code in HTML mode
