We can handle all the PDF stuff you're requesting. We have a solution, but it involves using a third party proprietary application that carries a pretty big price tag. Let me know if you're interested and I'll dig out the info.

FYI, in case it is really just a font issue.

If the decision was simply to use the OS's PDF features - like PDF export in the print dialog in OS/X, then it would be good to have a list of pages with checkboxes, then the ability to print them all as a set... Possible?
