How do I...Change the site name for MindTouch?

When MindTouch is installed you will be asked for a name for your site.  If you did not set it then, it will default to "Mindtouch".

To change it, go to Tools -> Control Panel -> System Settings -> Configuration and change the "Site Name" property.
