Introduction
Add support for RTL languages.

To support RTL languages and allow MindTouch to be localized and used in RTL languages.

- FCKeditor has a plugin for this that adds a button to the editor to switch the direction of the text from LTR to RTL.

RTL support should be transparent to the user other than selecting an RTL language.
