Changes to Insert Image dialog to allow 'Web 2.0 Zoom' feature

When you click to insert an image alongside the image size and alignment radio buttons there should be a radio button for 'Thumbnail Zoom' / 'Automatic Link to Full Size Image' / 'No link'
If you choose 'No Link' it would behave as now.
If you choose 'Thumbnail Zoom' then clicking the image in the finished page would activate the 'zoom' that happens when you click the image in the Image Gallery.
If you choose 'Automatic Link to Full Size Image' then it would be the same as two steps, inserting the image and then linking it to the image file.
