    Display the day, month, and year portion of a date. 

    Usage Restrictions

    1.9.1 or later.

    Parameters

    datetime
    		 str The date to display.

    Result

    The day, month, and year portion of the specified date.

    Samples

      Output

    To display today's date:

    {{ date.Date(date.now) }}
    		Tue, 18 Jun 2013

    To display a constant date:

    {{ date.Date("01/01/2000") }}

    Sat, 01 Jan 2000
