    date.DayofWeek(datetime : str) : str

    Display the day of week from a specified date. 

    Sunday = 0 and Saturday = 6

    Usage Restrictions

    1.8.1 or later.

    Parameters

    datetime str The date to display.

    Result

    The day of week.

    Samples

      Output

    To display today's day of week:

    {{ date.DayOfWeek(date.now) }}

    0

    To display a constant date's day of week:

    {{ date.DayOfWeek("01/01/2000") }}
