Within MindTouch 2010 there is the ability to boost search terms which will allow you to specify the importance of the search term as it pertains to MindTouch's breakdown.
When a user performs a search, our search engine will try and match the search query against the following sections:
Main Hierarchy
Main Hierarchy Talk Pages
User Pages
User Talk Pages
Template Pages
Template Talk Pages
Project Pages - From MediaWiki Migrations
Project Talk Pages - From MediaWiki Migrations
Help Pages - From MediaWiki Migrations
Help Talk Pages - From MediaWiki Migrations
These are broken down in the mindtouch.deki.startup.xml file, specifically in the indexer section. The default values are shown below:

You can change the value for any of these sections to put more emphasis for the search term in those sections which will cause the results from those sections to be have higher relavence within the search results.
