Overview
MindTouch requires a user to login to access content
Symptoms
If you try to load a url for the MindTouch site or to navigate to a page it prompts for a login
Resolution
If the site is supposed to be a publicly accessible then follow these steps to allow users to access content without logging in:
Set Anonymous to Viewer
Go into the Control Panel -> Users and edit the Anonymous User and set the Role to Viewer. Save the User
Confirm License Public Access
MindTouch license restricts if the site is publicly accessible. If you have a commercial license and it isn't set to allow public access, contact support to confirm the license for your account.
