Overview
Change the url for your MindTouch install in the page notification emails.
Goal
If you subscribe to a page to receive notifications you will get an email that will link to the pages within your MindTouch install where changes occurred. The base domain for your MindTouch install is pulled from the mindtouch.deki.startup.xml file. The default value is localhost. If you want to use a different domain for the links in the page notifications email then you would change the mindtouch.deki.startup.xml file host section and make sure that the first entry is the domain you want to be used in the page notifications.
mindtouch.deki.startup.xml configuration
To access mindtouch.deki.startup.xml go to the following location:
Linux
/etc/dekiwiki/mindtouch.deki.startup.xml
Windows
C:\Program Files\MindTouch\MindTouch\api\bin\mindtouch.deki.startup.xml
Look for the following line:
<host>*</host>
Once you have found this line then add your domain to it as follows:
<host>yourdomain</host>
Making sure that your domain is the first in the list of <host></host> entries.
Once you have done that then restart the MindTouch API and your changes will be applied:
Linux
/etc/init.d/dekiwiki restart
Windows
Stop and then start MindTouch site in IIS
