Embed Google Calendar or Spreadsheet on a page

Hi SteveB, I'm trying to integrate google calendar in my dekiwiki as you did here. I've been reading inside the forum but can figure it out yet. Would you mind posting a howto?

I tired to add the google calendar, but it gives me " reference to undefined name 'google'" any idea?

Google calendar offers embed option via iframes. No need to install extension for that. Here it is from Gooogle settings page "Embed This Calendar Embed this calendar in your website or blog by pasting this code into your web page. To embed multiple calendars, click the Customise Link". I have tested it with my private Google calendar and it works fine. You will have to change the URL to your private one though.

iFrames can be disabled or only limited to Admin use for the purposes of security, so therefore the extension would be necessary. The extension also makes it easy to insert maps, spreadsheets and gadgets.

While personal Google accounts have that embed code, Google Apps (for business) does not. Not sure why. If you're authenticated into Google, you can see your calendar on a page, but other users looking at your page will see an error message (unless they are authenticated into your Google account also).
