Enable unsafe content (such as iframes)

By default, the page processor removes unsafe content, such as <embed>, <script>, <object>, <iframe>, etc.  This helps to ensure a safe online community experience.  To add unsafe content to a page, use one of the following features:

    Unsafe.html Extension

The unsafe.html extension allows users to add unsafe HTML content to wiki pages; refer here for more information.  Only enable this extension if you trust all your contributors.

    Editor/safe-html Configuration Setting

The editor setting allows unsafe content by anyone, anywhere on the site.  Only use this setting if you trust all your contributors.  To enable:

    1.  Open your wiki and select Tools->Control Panel (administrator access is required).

    ./Image1.JPG

    2.  Select Configuration.

    ./Image2.JPG
    Figure 2

    3.  Enter the following config setting:  config key=editor/safe-html, config value=false.

    ./Image3.JPG
    Figure 3

    UNSAFECONTENT User Permission

The UNSAFECONTENT user permission flag provides granular control over where and who can write unsafe html content.
