Kaltura Player Errors

When I open my Video player I only see the Basic Media extension

If you edit a page and click on the filmstrip to use the Kaltura Media Extension, but all that shows is a window to paste a url into, then the Kaltura Extension is likely not configured properly.  Go into the Control Panel, and make sure that the MultiMedia Extension has been restarted (as referenced in the Configuration documentation).  Also verify that in the Control Panel -> Kaltura Video, no errors are presented or that no empty for is shown.  If a form is shown, you will need to complete it as outlined in the configuration documentation.

Dialog says name lookup timed out

If you click on the insert media button in the editor, and it returns: "name lookup timed out", the MindTouch install is unable to access and resolve the Kaltura servers.  Check your server settings and verify that you are able to resolve URLs, and that DNS is configured properly.  If you are behind a firewall, make sure that the MindTouch install is allowed external access.
