Troubleshoot "Connection.freeWriteSemaphore(-2): semaphore not owned by any thread"

    You will most likely encounter this issue when setting up Active Directory.  This is a Mono error that we surface and it pretty much means that MindTouch is unable to connect to the Active Directory server.  Please verify your settings and check the AD server to see if the connection is being refused.
