Troubleshoot missing editor

If you click 'Edit' and nothing happens, you have a JavaScript error.

First, check to see if your cache folder (/var/www/dekiwiki/skins/common/cache) is writeable by your web server user or group (www-data on the VM).

Failing that, try connecting to http://{yoursite}/skins/common/js.php?perms=LOGIN,BROWSE,READ,SUBSCRIBE,UPDATE,CREATE,DELETE,CHANGEPERMISSIONS,CONTROLPANEL,ADMIN.  This should return you some JavaScript code, something like this:

(etc)

If it fails, it will report the errors at the top, which you can then find and fix on your server.
