it's all currently archived. The template only shows the last 10 or so by default, but the dekiscript function let's you specify how many entries to retrieve, and what offset from the top (i.e. for paging). It's also available as a web service, so infinite scroll and embedded could be done via javascript. For the posting to twitter, we'd have to get twitter integration into Mindtouch 2009 (which i'd suggest as a separate extension so it could be used by a variety of applications.
